In-person Mail-in ballots must be returned to the Board of Elections or deposited in an Official Ballot Drop Box by 8 p.m.
Mail-in ballots by USPS must be postmarked on or before Tuesday, November 3rd, and received by Monday, November 9th. Mail-in ballots by USPS without a postmark must be received at the Board of Elections office by Thursday, November 5th.
